Assalamualaikum.
It is one simple recipe which tastes gooood and with nasi panas, it surely feels heaven on this rainy day. Anyways, here goes.Disclaimer: I was brought up with campak- campak cooking style since I was young, of course groomed by one great cook aka my mother. Please season your dish according to your tastebuds! Happy trying!
Ingredients: (For 2)
1. Chicken (I used boneless chicken breast - 1 part) - diced into cubes
2. Kentucky Chicken Flour
3. Chili sauce (2 tbsp)
4. Soy sauce (2tbsp)
5. Dried chili paste (2 tbsp)
6. Vinegar (1 tbsp)
8. Corn starch
9. Water
10. Finely chopped garlics (I used 4)
11. Bird's eyes chilies (I used 2)
Methods:
1. Prepare 2 bowls - 1 for wet Kentucky flour + water mix, another 1 is for dry kentucky flour to coat the chickens right before deep frying.
2. Mix chickens well with the flour. And coat them with dry flour.
3. Put cooking oil onto pan and put on medium heat. Once hot enough, put the chickens in for deep frying*szzhwey8wshsl I love the noise when frying :P
4. Once they turn golden brown and yummy, cash 'em outside I mean put them aside.
5. Next, use about 2 tbsp of the leftover cooking oil onto a pan. Put in garlics, bird's eyes chilies. Stir fry them until you get this nice smell. Then, I put in dried chili paste, chili sauce, soy sauce, vinegar. Stir well and let them mingle together.
6. Put in cornstarch pre mixed with a little bit water.
7. Season your dish. Sprinkle some sesame seeds. There you go! So easy breezy. Enjoy.
