Malam Emas Pusat Asasi Sains, UM

Asalamualaikum yaww !

Alhamdulillah, pada 16 Februari 2013, all of us, Pasumians telah berseronok ronok pada Malam Emas tersebut. The theme was ''ENCHANTED; A Sprinkle of Miracle''. Supposedly lah, pakai baju gown kembang setaman bagai, tapi kiteorang pakai je apa yang ade ==' LOL. Bertempat di Dewan Merdeka Hall, PWTC, kami semua diraikan dalam suatu majlis meriah yang grand grand gitu. Hahah. We went there by bus lah yang pihak UM sediakan sebab kalau nak tunggu sorang sorang datang, memang tak mula lah majlis nye kan. Group Tuto aku gerak pukul 3.45pm and tiba beberapa puluh minit kemudian (tak jauh pun). Sampai je sana, kami diberi briefing about the whole event again so tak kelam kabut majlis nya.

The crazy part was, sebab ade banyak masa, kiteorang (my girlfriends and I) pergi jengah Mall kat depan Pacific Hotel. Siap terbeli accessories lagi. Hahah And aku yang kelaparan sebab tak makan apa apa menghasut le girlfriends untuk melantak kat McD. Maka pergilah kami ke McD and melantak. Haha. Pukul 5.00 kiteorang bergerak semula ke Dewan Merdeka untuk solat Asar. And lepas daftar, kitaorang pun melepak kat surau menunggu maghrib. Event started pukul 8.00 tapi aku and girlfriends keluar surau pukul 8.15. Hahah. Kelewatan (kesah?) Sampai sampai je, ada orang suruh masuk ikut pintu belakang. So sad. Cinderellas tak dapat masuk ikut red carpet. Sempat pijak je. Jadi lah kan ? Hehe.

Acara dimulakan dengan penyampaian ucapan from Dr. Yong and Yang Berhormat jemputan. Tak ingat pulak sape sebab ingat nak makan je. First time makan chinese cuisine, so macam ternanti nanti lah. ==' Penat da cter, let the pictures explain. LOL

What To Do When Your Boyfriend Cheats On You

Asalamualaikum yaww !

Yes, this is a controversial post. And Im taking risk by posting it. Haha. So what is life without risks? I call it lifeless. *Serious mode. Girls, if your boyfriend cheats on you, dont cry and plead so damn hard. Just dont. Reasons? Cause they're not your husbands yet and they give you no money to live in this materialistic world. I mean, you are surely can live without them. Yes, you can.

My tips on what to do if your boyfriend cheats on you : (valid for boyfriend yang curang, lelaki jujur dikecualikan)

1. Kill him. Eh, dont get me wrong ! What I mean is that, kill him in your memories, kill all the good things, kill the feeling that you have for him. Cause, you'll only menyakitkan hati, jiwa raga sendiri jika masih mengasihi that creature. And you dont want that !
2. Delete all the sweet SMS / Emails / Whatsapp / Viber/ etc. Cause I know perempuan ni suka sangat mengenang kisah lama. Mula lah dia nak recall all the sweet-pijak-semut-tak-mati2 punya kenangan. Remember, those are bullshits ! Haha. Jangan nak kenang2 sangat lelaki macam tu. Okay? Bagus.
3. Call him. Yes. You should do this. Call him and start the conversation. Jangan matikan phone kalau dia call, kerana that shows how weak we are. Just call him and say ''Hello,Lah, hidup lagi kau rupanya'' ''Kau tak payah cakap banyak. Bazir credit aku je. Okay sekarang kita putus. Semoga bahagia.'' Pastu, end the call with ketawa yang jujur and senyumlah, cause he's not the one for you. You deserve so much better guy :)
4. Do more outdoor activities with your girlfriends. This is veryyy good. Baik kita keluarkan peluh daripada keluarkan air mata for that useless guy. Hoyeahh. Also, dapat juga kita happy with the girls right? Mana tahu, tengah2 beriadah tu, ade handsome guy passing by ker. Hah, rezeki tu. :P
5. Redha. Kita kena redha dengan ketentuan-Nya. Kalau dah takde jodoh, there's nothing we can do right? Semua kan ade hikmahnye :)
6. Tembak. print gambar dia sebesar saiz A4. lepas tu, paste it on the wall. Ade dua cara, first conteng sepuas puasnya gambar dia pakai crayon/ watercolour lepas tu, cabut remuk2 masuk dalam tong sampah. Or secondly, beli set anak panah yang jual kat pasar malam. lepas tu lekat gambar dia kat board and SHOOT. pastikan kena tepat kat bahagian cranial okay. Hahahaha
7. Puaskan hati anda. Buatlah benda benda yang anda suka. Chillax. People come and go. Senyum and Have a life. You still have your family and friends that will never cheat on you :)

EXAM is OVER

Asalamualaikum yaww !

First of all, Alhamdulillah kerana aku telah berjaya mengharungi MidSem PASUM. Hooray ! *lompat lompat bintang. Am soo grateful dah habis, Man, thank God cuma a week sahaja Exam cause if ade extra a week lagi, aku akan jadi Panda. Got me? Mata yang membengkak secara abnormal berserta rambut gugur sehingga botak. Okay, that's over. Haha. Anyway, I am so happy. Reason? Sebab dapat berehat sekejap before menyental nota kuliah semula since lepas ni, akan ade Test Physic berturut turut. Heaven =='

Yesterday, lepas habis je jawab Paper Genetik, me and my friends nak berseronok ronok, melepaskan tension exam. Whahaha. Memang lepas habis. We chose to watch movie and 3AM was selected. It was one of the best-unique-unexpected horror movie I've ever watched ! 5 STARSSSS ! Bayangkan, masa tengok tu, korang boleh gelak + jerit. Credit goes to the directors for such a great movie. Man, I was having so much fun last night with the girls. :)

Lepas tengok wayang, kami jalan jalan around MidValley and ape lagi, snap snap lagi gambau memandangkan sudah pukul 11, maka orang pun takde. Haha, felt that Mid was ours. Bhahaha. Okay, penat menaip, may the pictures explain. LOL, Adios !

Future Dr. Talk : Women and Cancer

asalamualaikum yawws. 

         Lately, I've been reading articles 'bout women and the how cancer looks so adapting to females. This is freaking me out. Women are supposedly to be strong, and now, cancer has taken so much smiles from the females all around the world. So, all dear females out there, be scared, don't take things for granted. We can't never know what are we developing inside our body. Clear example, Taenia sp, the tapeworm. (Thanks to subject Biology 2, I can now easily point out names of species scientifically !) Have your eyes on my words below, just want to share few infos as well as to practice writing essay :)


          Every year, cancer claims the lives of million women all around the world. Its sad.Whether it's because of the lack of information and women themselves are now more risky to cancer. But what to consider is that, women should reduce their cancer risk by adopting a healthy lifestyle and getting the right cancer screening tests for their stage of life. Don't keep yourself busy all the time women ! Leave your kitchen for an hour for the sake of future years in lives !  

TOP 3 CANCER RELATED TO WOMEN : 

 1) Breast Cancer 

Breast cancer is THE MOST common cause of cancer and the common cause of cancer deaths among females. Mammograms are the suggested and the best way to find breast cancer early, before it can be felt, and when it is easier to treat. If you're 40-49 years old, talk to your doctor about when to start getting mammograms. If you're 50-74 years old, get a screening mammogram every two years.

 2) Colorectal (Colon) Cancer 

 The third leading cause of cancer deaths is colorectal cancer. Im sure a lot of women out there don't even know what it means ! It's a colon cancer. Same way as for breast cancer, screeming tests for colorectal cancer can find colorectal cancer early,when treatment works best. Evryone should be tested for colorectal cancer regularly starting at age 50. So, ask your Mum or Aunt to go to clinics and do the screening test. 

3) Gynecologic Cancers  

Gynecologic starts in women's cervix, ovaries, uterus, vagina, vulve or rarely fallopian tubes. This is serious as this kind of disease affects one's ability to have kids. But, females can always take steps to prevent some of these cancers. Have you ever heard about Pap Test ? It's a test to find abnormal cells that may turn to cervical cancer. Removal of the abnormal cells prevents cervical cancer. Pap tests can also find cervical cancer early, when the chance of being cured is very high. The only cancer for which Pap test screens is cervical cancer. I does not screen for other gynecologic cancers. Next, for girls and women who are 9-26 years old, they should be taking the Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine. It protects against most types of HPV that most often cause cervical cancer. In addition to Pap test, the HPV test may be used for screening women who are 30 years old or older, or at any age who have unclear Pap Test results.  

So, women, together, lets reduce the risk of adopting a cancer so that we can live life to the fullest !
